The Way I See The Body
My background is in mental health nursing. Which means I don't just look at symptoms in isolation. I look at how your body, your nervous system, and your current state. Why? Because everything is connected.
What you feel physically is often linked to what your body has been holding mentally. And both deserve to be supported.

I assess, interpret, and adapt based on your body needs - not what was booked.

Every treatment begins with a 30-minute consultation. Not as an add-on, but as the foundation of everything I do.
This is where I understand your symptoms, lifestyle, and what your body is presenting with, so that your treatment is guided with purpose.
